Canonical US legal-entity-type vocabulary.

AiPrise (our KYB source) returns entity_type as a free-form registry string ("Legal structure (LLC, PLC, etc.)"), so there is no upstream enum to adopt — this is our own provider-neutral code set for US organizations, mirroring the business structures RouteFusion accepts (minus RouteFusion's non_us sentinel, which is a country projection, not a legal structure). Non-US orgs keep their free-form legalEntityType.

Client-safe: pure data + pure functions, no server/DB imports, so dashboard client components can import it via @cfxlabsinc/entity-services/legal-entity-type.
